Dewatering construction has begun in the crawlspaces of Southview Apartments.  Trenches, draintile, sumps and pipes are all being installed in the 200, 300 and 400 buildings.  In these pictures you see the graveled trenches along the inside foundation wall where the draintile is buried, leading to sumps and pumps, as can be seen in the next picture.  Weekly updates will be posted.  Next week?  Insulation and encapsulation.
